    The Mušḫuššu is a scaled dragon with a serpent's neck, horned head, feline forelegs, and birdlike hind feet. It is associated with divine authority, city walls, and processional gates, far from the habits of a wilderness predator. A living Mušḫuššu recognizes symbols of legitimate rule, but it also recognizes when those symbols have been stolen, inherited falsely, or emptied of duty.

    Special Attack

    Processional Trample: the Mušḫuššu moves 50 ft through occupied spaces. Creatures crossed make a Quick save or take 4d10 bludgeoning damage and fall down.

    Special Defense

    Seal of Rightful Rule: a valid seal carried by someone fulfilling its duties prevents Processional Trample. A counterfeit seal enrages the dragon and gives it +2 to attacks against the bearer.
