The proudest and mightiest of the genies, a towering being of living water who regards even other genies as lessers. A marid does nothing quietly - it boasts, bargains theatrically, and reshapes seas and storms to suit its mood. Bound or free, it expects to be addressed with the deference owed a king, and it remembers a slight far longer than a favor.
Special Attack
Trident: piercing, melee 10 ft, +5 to hit, 2d8+6 piercing (three sweeping strikes). Water Jet: water, 60 ft, save Dex Quick, 4d8 bludgeoning and knocked prone on a failed save, cooldown 2 rounds. Watery Body: dissolves into water to slip a hold or restraint and reform nearby, cooldown 2 rounds.
Special Defense
Elemental Water: resists cold; amphibious, swims at very fast speed and shapes water at will. Genie's Pride: +4 to saves against spells. Senses: Night Vision (60 ft), Vibration Sense (feels movement, water vibration, 30 ft).
