Hræsvelgr is the giant who sits at the edge of the world in eagle form, creating winds by beating immense wings. He is a cosmic being whose smallest adjustment of feather or talon changes voyages, harvests, and winters. Approaching him requires surviving the wind long enough to communicate why the world's air should move differently.

World-Edge Wingbeat: creatures in a 120 ft cone make a Tough save. A failure deals 4d10 bludgeoning damage and carries the creature 40 ft; success halves both.

Stand in the Wind's Eye: a creature directly beneath Hræsvelgr is unaffected by Wingbeat but within reach of his attacks. A truthful account of the weather's harm allows a Charisma Chance Roll to alter the wind.
