A hecatoncheir is a primordial giant with fifty heads and one hundred hands. It was made for wars between powers and later set to guard prisons that ordinary walls could never hold.
Special Attack
Hundred-Handed Barrage: bludgeoning, melee 30 ft, +7 to hit, 3d10+6, four times each round against as many as four targets. Mountain Throw: bludgeoning, 120 ft, +6 to hit, 5d10+6 and the target makes a Tough save or falls prone.
Special Defense
Too Many Hands to Bind: restraints affect ten hands at a time; ten successful restraints are required to hold it completely. It cannot abandon a prison or sworn charge. Presenting a lawful order from the authority that appointed it forces a Mind save; on a failed save it pauses for 1 round to judge the order.
