Nine tails, and she has been a woman for eleven years, and she is very good at it. She married into the household, she is well liked, and the livestock have been going wrong all season in ways nobody can account for. What she wants is livers. She takes them carefully and rarely and never from anyone whose absence would be noticed quickly. The encounter is not the fight. The encounter is the dinner where somebody works out which of the guests is not entirely present.

Charm the Room: 30 ft, save Wis Mind, fail save roll 2d6+2 psychic and the target will not act against her, or believe anything said against her, until she is seen in her own shape. Cooldown 3 rounds. Take the Liver: piercing, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 2d6+3, and a second strike, 2d8+3, once the first has gone in.

Wears the Shape: she can be attacked normally at any time and takes damage normally. What she has is not protection but position - while nobody has seen her true form she is a woman of the household, and striking her is striking a woman of the household in front of her family, with everything that follows. She does not fight back while disguised. The household does. Revealed: any creature that names what she is, in front of witnesses, with evidence they can point at, ends the position. She drops the shape, the household stops defending her, and she fights at full strength. The DN should plant the evidence in the house before play.
