Encantado

An Encantado is a river dolphin that takes human form for music, festivals, and romantic pursuit. A broad hat conceals the blowhole it cannot transform away, while perfect manners hide its distance from human consequence. It lures chosen companions toward the river before dawn, sometimes from affection and sometimes because the underwater realm demands a guest.

River Invitation: one creature within 30 ft makes a Mind save or follows the Encantado toward water for 2 rounds. The effect ends immediately if the hat is removed.

The Hidden Blowhole: knocking away or willingly receiving the hat reveals its nature and prevents River Invitation. It cannot compel anyone who has already refused it three times aloud.
