    A dokkaebi appears where an old household object has outlived its owner and learned mischief. It challenges travelers to wrestling, riddles or impossible meals, rewarding honest nerve and humiliating bullies.

    Special Attack

    Goblin Club: bludgeoning, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 2d8+3. Borrowed Shape: the dokkaebi takes the appearance and voice of any creature it has seen; the change is physical and lasts until it chooses another shape.

    Special Defense

    Contest Before Blood: a creature may spend its turn naming a fair contest. If the dokkaebi accepts, neither side may attack until the contest ends. A winner who did not cheat may demand safe passage or one truthful answer, and the dokkaebi must honor it.
