Daqqanoenyent

A head, and nothing else, wrapped in its own hair, flying. The hair is what moves it and the hair is longer than it looks. It has no hands to disarm, no legs to trip, no body to knock down and no chest to run through, and every instinct a fighter has developed over a career is about to be useless. It comes in fast, takes a bite, and is thirty feet away and turning before anyone has finished stepping back.

Bite and Away: piercing, melee 10 ft, +4 to hit, 2d8+3. It attacks and withdraws in the same turn and cannot be caught by anything that does not fly. Hair Whip: bludgeoning, melee 15 ft, +4 to hit, 2d8+3, with far more reach than its size suggests.

No Body: grappling, tripping, disarming, shoving and restraining all fail automatically. Nets, snares and rope do work, and they work extremely well, and hair tangles. Any creature that thinks of this should be rewarded generously. Always Airborne: it never lands and cannot be forced down except by entangling the hair.
