The curupira is a red-haired forest guardian whose feet point backward. It twists trails against hunters, frightens poachers from their camps and protects animals that cannot protect themselves.
Special Attack
Backward Trail: one creature within 60 ft makes a Mind save. On a failed save it walks in the direction opposite the one it intended until the end of its next turn. Forest Kick: bludgeoning, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 2d8+3.
Special Defense
Defender of the Hunted: within living forest, the curupira moves through brush without slowing and has +2 AC. It will end the encounter if captured animals are released and the hunters leave behind their traps, weapons and fire.
