Chouchin-obake

A paper lantern that has hung long enough to acquire opinions. The paper splits across the middle into a wide mouth, one enormous eye opens above it, and a long tongue comes lolling out. It is not really trying to kill anyone. It is trying to be alarming, and it is very good at that, and the candle inside it is real.

Gout of Flame: 10 ft, save Dex Quick, fail save roll 1d6 fire, cooldown 2 rounds. Tongue Lash: bludgeoning, melee 10 ft, +2 to hit, 1d4+1.

Paper Thing: it is destroyed outright by any single hit of 8 or more damage, whatever its remaining HP. Last Light: when it dies it goes up all at once, brightly, and every creature within 20 ft can see clearly for one round - including into whatever the lantern was hanging in front of.
