Boitatá

Boitatá is a blazing serpent that moves through grassland and forest without consuming the plants it protects. Its body may be made entirely of fire or carry countless shining eyes gathered from the dead. It hunts those who burn fields wastefully, kill for sport, or travel with stolen timber. People who extinguish a careless fire may see it pass without harm.

Burning Coil: fire, melee 15 ft, +6 to hit, 2d8+4. A target hit twice during the encounter also becomes held and takes 1d8 fire damage each round.

Fire That Judges Fire: ordinary water does not harm Boitatá, but water used to extinguish a spreading wildfire ignores its DR. It will release anyone who stops an uncontrolled blaze.
