She was made out of oak flowers, broom and meadowsweet by two magicians, for a man who had been cursed never to marry a human woman. Nobody asked her. She fell in love with somebody else, arranged her husband's death with him, and was punished by being turned into an owl and made hateful to all other birds. All of that is settled. What is not settled is what she thinks about it, and she will tell you, at length, and she is not wrong.

Talons: slashing, melee 10 ft, +4 to hit, 2d6+3. Set Them Against Each Other: 30 ft, save Wis Mind, fail save roll 2d6+2 psychic and the target attacks its nearest ally on its next turn. Cooldown 3 rounds. She has done this before and she is very good at finding the seam.

Never Strikes First: she has never in her existence begun a fight, and she will not, and everything she has done has been done through somebody else's hands. A party that does not attack her is not attacked. Mobbed: every bird in earshot hates her and will not stop making that known, which means she cannot hide, ambush, or approach anywhere unannounced. She has entirely stopped trying.
