A banshee snared in the bell ropes of a ruined tower, screaming with every funeral toll that was never rung. It hangs half-seen among the rafters, and its wail rolls out on the hour whether prey is near or not. Slay it and it only falls quiet until nightfall; to end it for good, the bell must be cracked, blessed, or buried.
Special Attack
Death Knell: sonic/necrotic, 60-ft cone, save Con Tough or 3d8 damage and deafened, cooldown 3 rounds. Rope Claw: +4 to hit, 3d8+5.
Special Defense
Bellbound: reforms at the nearest intact bell after 1d4 nights unless the bell is cracked, blessed, or buried. Immune to poison/disease. Senses: Night Vision (60 ft), Living Sense (feels the living, 60 ft).
