Anzu

Anzu is a lion-headed storm bird that stole the Tablet of Destinies and learned to speak commands the world obeys. Its wings turn daylight into storm, and written law loosens from stone when it passes overhead.

Storm Talons: lightning and slashing, melee 15 ft, +6 to hit, 4d8+5, twice each round. Tablet Command: one creature within 120 ft makes a Mind save; on a failed save Anzu gives it one command of no more than seven words, which it follows on its next turn. Anzu may issue this command once every 3 rounds.

Stolen Authority: while carrying the Tablet, Anzu has +4 to saves against spells and cannot be charmed or held. A creature that speaks the Tablet's rightful divine title and then strikes it for at least 20 damage knocks the Tablet free. Without it, Anzu loses Tablet Command and its spell protection falls to +2.
