Scroll of Reality Storm

A scroll that hurts to look at directly, covered in equations that shouldn't exist.

When activated, creates a zone of chaotic reality in a 40-foot radius for 1d4 rounds. Roll 1d6 each round: 1-2 gravity reverses, 3-4 fire and ice swap, 5-6 solid becomes liquid. Each effect deals 2d6 damage (appropriate save halves).
