    Narrow band of blued steel with four shallow nicks filed into the outside, the fourth cut deeper than the other three.

    Effect

    While the wearer takes no hostile action they cannot be seen, heard, smelled, tracked, scried, or found by any means, and every creature asleep within 30 feet stays asleep whatever the wearer does short of injuring it. The moment they strike, the cover drops; it settles again as soon as they stop. Any other concealment worn alongside it does not work at all.
