Each charge wakes one creature the wearer can touch out of any sleep, coma, paralysis, petrification, charm, possession, or magical slumber, however it was imposed and however long it has held, and ends that effect permanently. It does nothing for the dead. No other quickness will settle on a wearer who owns this one.
