Armguards built from split mine props, each length banded at both ends with iron and still smelling of wet timber.

The timbers cannot be broken, burned, or crushed by any weight. While the wearer braces both arms against a collapsing roof, shaft, or wall and does not move from it, the collapse holds exactly where it is and nothing beneath it takes harm, for as long as they stand there.
