Mail with a company number picked out in brass rings at the shoulder, the final four rings a paler brass than the rest.

The wearer takes no penalty for being outnumbered and cannot be flanked. Each charge holds a rank around the wearer for one minute: while it holds, the first attack against them each round deals no damage, and their own attacks cannot be made to fall short by fear, illusion, or compulsion. No other armor or ward applies alongside this one. The brass rings go dark and stop catching light when depleted.
