    Effect

    Each charge creates an unstable magical vortex in a 40-foot radius for 1d4 rounds. Roll 1d6 each round: 1-2 random teleportation, 3-4 color spray (cold, 15-ft cone, save: Con Tough, damage + ongoing 1 round, cooldown 2 rounds) effects, 5-6 minor illusions appear.
