Amulet of the Drowned Bell

Bronze, a small bell on a chain, the clapper long gone and the mouth ringed with the white scar of barnacles.

The bell is jealous magic and shuts off every other bonus to the wearer's Chance Rolls. Each charge makes every hollow, cavity, false wall, sealed room, and flooded space within 200 feet ring aloud to the wearer alone, through stone and water alike, with its size and its depth. The mouth of the bell closes over with fresh white scar when depleted, and spent it still sounds once, faintly, whenever the wearer stands above water deeper than they are tall.
