These Terms of Service apply to opendungeons.com and all related digital services operated by Open Dungeons Publishing.
Open Dungeons™ and Open Dungeons RPG™ are trademarks of Open Dungeons Publishing.
Collectively, these products and services are referred to as OD.
By accessing or using opendungeons.com, users agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
Users may access opendungeons.com for personal and non-commercial use. All site content, including rules, digital books, images, tools, downloads, and written material, is provided for lawful use only. Users agree not to disrupt, damage, or interfere with OD services.
Age Requirement
Open Dungeons RPG™ is recommended for audiences aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use OD digital tools or submit information through the site.
Digital Purchases
Digital products are sold and delivered through OD’s secure payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company). All payments, receipts, and product download links are handled by the processor according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Open Dungeons Publishing does not store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or payment information.
Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds for duplicate purchases or technical issues may be evaluated by OD on a case-by-case basis. For purchase support, users may contact OD through the official site.
License for Digital Products
Purchases grant the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased digital content. Redistribution, uploading, or sharing purchased files publicly, or outside your personal gaming group, is not permitted.
User Generated Data
Tools on opendungeons.com may store character sheets and preferences locally on the user’s device through cookies or browser storage. OD does not collect or store this data on OD servers. Users are responsible for managing, exporting, or deleting their local data.
Intellectual Property
All content on opendungeons.com is the property of Open Dungeons Publishing unless otherwise noted. This includes rules text, game system documentation, artwork, digital books, and site design. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from Open Dungeons Publishing.

opendungeons.com may contain links to third-party websites. OD is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
Service Availability
OD may modify or discontinue parts of the site at any time. Access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
